- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My GP (Dr. Tokic) is competent and her attitude is fine, but this clinic and their attitude is TERRIBLE. Their "patient care" is an oxymoron. If you like getting the runaround when trying to book an appointment, dealing with totally snotty and unhelpful receptionists/staff who will sit there gossiping and ignoring you while you wait patiently at the desk, then this is the place for you. If after being frustrated in trying to book an appointment (they like to shut the front desks early if they feel like it), don't even try drop-ins - they ROUTINELY close the clinic an hour or more earlier than the times posted. If you have more than two matters to discuss (even if they're just quick questions), you'll have to rebook - totally inconvenient for patients, but a great way for the clinic to squeeze more $$$ out of government billing. I've been a patient here for more than 10 years, and I've watched it deteriorate to the point that I'm so sick of them & their BS, I'll have to find a new GPApril 29, 2017by A Google User
